Faster Listing Entry with EasyListing
Paragon Connect now offers EasyListing, a faster and easier way to add a new listing. EasyListing uses information from a property’s previous listing to automatically pre-fill many fields in the new listing form.
Agents can review the pre-populated information, update or complete the remaining fields, and finish entering the listing with less manual data entry.
How to Use EasyListing in Paragon Connect
Step 1 – Open Listings
From Paragon Connect, select the Menu button in the upper-left corner, then select Listings.
Step 2 – Select EasyListing
From the Listings page, select the “+” (Plus) icon in the lower-right corner. From the available listing entry options, select EasyListing.
Step 3 – Choose the Listing Class
Select the appropriate Listing Class, then select Create.
Step 4 – Search for the Property
In the Search Address field, enter at least three characters of the property address. Matching properties will appear in the search results. Select the correct property to continue.
Please Note: Not every property will be available through the EasyListing search. EasyListing uses previous listing data, so only properties with applicable prior listing information may appear in the results.
Step 5 – Review the Pre-Populated Listing
EasyListing will create an unpublished listing and automatically populate available information from the property’s previous listing. Review the pre-populated information and complete any remaining required fields before publishing the listing.
