SentriLock: How to Link Multiple MLS Accounts

For dual-affiliated agents or members of multiple MLSs

If you’re affiliated with  multiple MLSs, you can easily link your SentriLock accounts in the SentriKey® Real Estate app. This allows you to manage all your lockboxes, listings, and notifications in one place.

🔗 Steps to Link Multiple Accounts

1. Open the SentriKey® App on your mobile device.
2. Tap Profile (found in the bottom navigation menu).
3. Under your current account, tap + Add Account.
4. Enter the login credentials for your other SentriLock account(s).
5. Once login is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message that the account has been added.

🔄 Switching Between Accounts

After linking multiple accounts:

• You can toggle between them directly from your Profile screen.
• When switching accounts, the associated assets will update accordingly, including:
  • 🔐 Lockboxes
  • 🏡 Listings
  • 🧾 Account details
  • 🔔 Message Center notifications
