New Paragon Connect Features & Enhancements

Custom Themes for Public-Facing Sites (Collaboration Center)

Paragon Connect now lets you set separate color themes for your internal system and your public-facing consumer sites, including Collaboration Center, CollabLink, and EasyCMA. This means you can personalize the application you use daily with your own theme while keeping your broker branding front and center for client-facing experiences.

You can also update your Collaboration Center banner graphic to match your public theme. A new tabbed layout makes it simple to manage both internal and public themes from one place—giving you full control over how you and your brand are presented.

What’s New

• Two tabs: YOUR SYSTEM and PUBLIC FACING, allowing agents to toggle between Paragon Connect and consumer-facing theme settings
• Each tab offers three theme options: Default, National, and Custom
• All users will start with the Arctic Sky theme for public-facing pages, which can be changed at any time
• A single SAVE button stores selections for both tabs.

How to Access

• Go to Settings > System > Choose Theme > Color > Public Facing

Resources Links Widget

We’re excited to introduce the Resource Links widget — a new way to streamline your daily workflow in Paragon Connect. Think of it as a mini Single Sign-On (SSO) experience: this convenient dashboard widget gives you fast, secure access to the third-party tools you rely on, all from one central location. No more switching tabs or logging in multiple times — just click and go.

What’s New

Resource Links is now available as a secondary widget on your customizable homepage dashboard.

Key Benefits:

• Quick Access: Launch your connected third-party tools directly from your homepage.
• Secure Sign-On: Enjoy seamless access with single sign-on (SSO) — no extra logins required.
• Flexible Display: View up to 7 resources by default, with the option to expand and see up to 11.
• Clear Layout: Each resource is listed by name for easy identification.
• Interactive Controls:
  • View All: Opens the full Resources page in Paragon Connect.
  • Expand/Collapse: Toggle between a compact and expanded view of your available tools.

How to Add It

By default, the Resource Links widget will be automatically added to your dashboard. If you don’t see it, you can manually add it by going to your dashboard customization settings and selecting “Resource Links” from the list of available secondary widgets.

Improved Listing Actions Menu

Navigating your listing actions just got faster and easier! In this update, we’ve reorganized the overflowing actions menu into four clear, labeled sections—making it effortless to find exactly what you need without endless scrolling.

How to Access:

• From the left navigation, go to Listings.
• Select either Published or Unpublished listings.
• On any listing, click the overflow menu (three dots) to open the actions menu.

New Sections:

• Listing Actions – Expiration Date, Open House, Tour, Copy Listing
• Media & Files – Photos, Documents
• Contact Options – Reverse Prospecting, Match My Contacts, Assign/Unassign Contact
• Explore, Share & Extend – View Detail, Share, Third-Party Add Ons

New Quick Find in Connect View

Finding exactly what you need in a listing just got a whole lot faster. We’ve added a new Search icon to the Top App Bar in Connect View (Detail Report), giving you instant access to any field or section—no more endless scrolling or hunting through long reports.

 What’s New:

• New Search Icon in Top App Bar – One click opens the search tool and expands all containers (except Community Reports and Mortgage Center) so you can see results immediately.
• Instant Search as You Type – Just start typing and your matches appear instantly across all listing data on the page.
• Smart Highlighting – Your search term appears in bright light blue for easy spotting, with the current match highlighted in yellow and underlined in black.
• Search Count & Navigation – See exactly how many matches were found (e.g., 1 of 5) and quickly jump between them with left/right arrows.
• Flexible Matching – Finds your term anywhere, whether it’s in the middle of a word or has variations in case and spacing (e.g., AGE, pAGE, Age_).
• No Results? – Displays “0 of 0” and deactivates navigation arrows so you can try a new term right away.
• Easy Reset – Clear results with one click on the ‘X’, which also closes containers for a clean view.
• Fully Responsive – Works seamlessly on both mobile and web.
