Google Street View

Per the Permission Guidlines for Google Maps and Google Earth which can be found here, Street View imagery can only be used in advertisements where the imagery comes directly from the Google Maps API, or the imagery is embedded or linked to using the HTML or URL provided on Google Maps. You may not use static screenshots of Street View imagery in an advertisement.

Since the Google Maps API and linking are not available within our MLS system, and the only way to use Street View would be via the prohibited method of using a static screenshot, all Google Street View imagery is effectively prohibited from use within the MLS.

We are currently auditing listings for Google Street View imagery. When located these images will be taken down immediately and the listing agent will be notified via email. If you are aware of Google Street View images on your listings, please be proactive and remove them immediately.
