Paragon Connect Listing Insights Report

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Listing Insights Report, a powerful new feature designed to give agents a centralized, interactive view of their listing’s performance, engagement, and activity—all in one place.

Accessible from the overflow menu of any published listing, the Listings Insights report consolidates key data and tools into a single, actionable view. This report helps agents stay informed, take quick action, and better understand how their listings are performing across platforms.

Review the items below to take a deeper look at the features included with this new report.

Assign Contacts and Manage Sell Side Setup

Use the familiar “+” icon to assign contacts directly from the listing report. Once a contact is assigned, launch the Sell Side Setup modal to configure client-facing settings such as notifications and communication preferences. This streamlined workflow reduces context switching and mirrors existing tools for ease of use. Changes made in the modal are saved instantly and reflected across the platform.

Note: You do not need to associate a contact to view the Listing Insights Report.
This differs from the Seller’s Report, where associating a contact was previously required to view analytics.

Listing Details & Media Preview

Preview your listing’s primary photo directly within the report. With one click, open the full Media Gallery to browse all images or launch the Detail Report for a comprehensive view of the listing. This allows agents to assess visual appeal and listing completeness without navigating away. The experience is designed to be fast and intuitive, reducing friction in daily workflows.

Instantly access key property information in a clean, MLS-tailored layout. This includes address, list price, status, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property type, expiration date, and any custom fields configured for your MLS. The layout is optimized for quick scanning, helping agents make fast decisions or verify listing accuracy. Responsive formatting ensures consistent readability across devices.

Listing Content & Seller Activity

The Listing Content section gives you a quick snapshot of all media and resources tied to your listing. You’ll see counts for Photos, Documents, Videos, and Floor Plans, making it easy to confirm your listing is complete. Each count is clickable, so you can instantly open the Media Gallery and jump to the relevant tab for that item. If an item isn’t available, it will display as zero for transparency.

You’ll also find Geocode Quality, which shows how accurately your property is placed on the map. High-quality geocoding ensures your listing appears correctly in searches and on maps, helping buyers find your property easily.

The Seller Activity section keeps you informed about engagement from the seller’s perspective. It displays key metrics such as Days on Market, Requested Showings, Open Houses, and Broker Tours, giving you a clear picture of how active your listing is and helping you adjust your strategy as needed.

Track Listing Views with Visual Insights

At the top of the section, you’ll see Total Listing Views, showing the combined count of agent and client views for your property (e.g., Total Listing Views: 45). Below, two horizontal bar graphs break down engagement by audience:

Agent Views display unique and total views in contrasting colors for easy comparison.

Client Views follow the same format, helping you gauge buyer interest at a glance.

For deeper insights, the Listing View Chart provides a dynamic line graph that tracks viewing trends over time. Toggle between 7, 14, 30, and 90-day intervals to spot patterns and measure marketing effectiveness quickly.

Track Prospect Interest and Saved Searches

Get a complete view of buyer engagement and search activity for your listing. The Prospect Interest section breaks down buyer reactions into favorites, possibles, rejections, and undecided statuses, helping you understand sentiment at a glance. Each count is clickable, linking directly to Reverse Prospecting so you can follow up with interested prospects and personalize your outreach strategy.

Alongside this, the Saved Searches section shows how often your listing appears in saved searches, displayed in a real-time donut chart segmented by agents and clients. This visualization gives you a clear picture of who is tracking your property and how frequently it’s being saved, offering actionable insights into listing traction and buyer interest.

Access Agent Details and Review Social Activity

Easily view detailed profiles for up to three associated agents, including office affiliation and direct contact links. Additional agent information is available through modal windows, ensuring transparency and quick communication between listing agents and interested parties. This section is designed to promote collaboration and keep essential contact details within reach at all times.

Alongside agent details, the Social Activity section provides a consolidated view of how your

listing is being shared and discussed across platforms. Track counts for agent and buyer comments, email shares, Facebook shares, and agent recommendations—all in one place. These insights help you gauge engagement, identify which listings are generating buzz, and inform future marketing strategies. By understanding social interactions, you can better position your listing for maximum visibility.

View ShowingTime Activity

View the same activity widget your clients see—complete with clickable data that links directly to ShowingTime for deeper insights. If ShowingTime is not enabled, the section remains hidden to avoid confusion. This integration ensures agents have access to scheduling and showing data in one centralized location.

Property History

Reviewing a listing’s property history provides valuable insights into its pricing trajectory, previous sale dates, and any notable changes over time. This context helps agents understand how the property has performed in the market, identify patterns or anomalies, and support informed pricing strategies. To optimize performance and manage the volume of historical data, this section is included within a dedicated container. This ensures faster load times and a smoother user experience while still delivering comprehensive property insights.

Competition

The Competition container displays similar active listings located within a defined radius of the property you are selling, filtered by comparable criteria such as price range, property type, and features. It not only shows the location of these listings on an interactive map but also provides a photo and summary for each property. Clicking or tapping on a listing photo allows agents to view the full details of that competitive property and compare it directly to their own. To ensure smooth performance and efficient data loading, this feature is presented within a dedicated container.
