For dual-affiliated agents or members of multiple MLSs
If you’re affiliated with multiple MLSs, you can easily link your SentriLock accounts in the SentriKey® Real Estate app. This allows you to manage all your lockboxes, listings, and notifications in one place.
🔗 Steps to Link Multiple Accounts
- Open the SentriKey® App on your mobile device.
- Tap Profile (found in the bottom navigation menu).
- Under your current account, tap + Add Account.
- Enter the login credentials for your other SentriLock account(s).
- Once login is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message that the account has been added.
🔄 Switching Between Accounts
After linking multiple accounts:
- You can toggle between them directly from your Profile screen.
- When switching accounts, the associated assets will update accordingly, including:
- 🔐 Lockboxes
- 🏡 Listings
- 🧾 Account details
- 🔔 Message Center notifications
